Cancellation Policy for Tour Package, Hotel, Transportation & Other Bookings
Contract and Payment Terms
The contract between Dev Darshan Group and the client becomes effective only upon receipt of the full payment from the client.
Changes in Itinerary
- We reserve the right to modify, amend, or change the itinerary before or during the trip. If such changes occur before departure, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you in advance.
- If itinerary modifications occur during the trip due to unforeseen circumstances, our tour manager or local representative will communicate the changes on-site. We appreciate your full cooperation in accepting such adjustments.
- No complaints regarding program or service modifications will be entertained during or after the trip.
- Certain external factors, including force majeure events, strikes, government regulations, festivals, sporting events, weather conditions, traffic disruptions, overbooked hotels or flights, cancellations or rerouting of transport, may require itinerary modifications. In such cases, additional terms and conditions may apply.
Amendment or Cancellation by the Company
- Dev Darshan Group reserves the right to amend or cancel a booked tour at any time without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control.
- In such cases, we will offer an alternative travel date or tour package. If the alternative option is not acceptable, we will deduct any costs incurred on your behalf (such as airline or cruise fees) and refund the remaining amount.
- However, we shall not be liable for any compensation, consequential loss, or additional expenses incurred by you.
Liability Disclaimer
Dev Darshan Group shall not be responsible for:
- Any death, injury, illness, accident, or legal issues arising during the trip.
- Any loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Any penalties incurred due to violation of civic rules or illegal activities.
- Delays, changes, or cancellations caused by factors such as government actions, war, civil disturbances, natural calamities (landslides, floods, earthquakes, etc.), or other unavoidable events. Any additional expenses due to such delays shall be borne by the client.
Pricing & Additional Costs
- Tour prices are calculated based on prevailing fuel and service costs at the time of quotation.
- Any increase in fuel prices, taxes, surcharges, or other costs beyond our control may affect the final tour cost.
- In such cases, we will notify clients in advance, and the additional amount must be paid before the start of the service.
